The Royal Canadian Henley Regatta is one of the continent's premier rowing competitions, staged on the sheltered straightaway of Martindale Pond beside Port Dalhousie in St. Catharines. Now in its 142nd year, it brings together club, university, and elite crews from across Canada, the United States, and beyond to race in front of the Craig Swayze Memorial Grandstand.
The 2026 program opens with Masters racing on August 2 and an official opening ceremony on August 3, followed by the flagship race week from August 4 to 9. Spectators can watch heats and finals across dozens of events over the week, though parking, shuttle, and grandstand admission fees apply on race days.
