The Rotary Club of St. Catharines fills downtown's Montebello Park with the smell of slow-smoked barbecue for four days over the August Civic Holiday weekend, running July 31 to August 3 in 2026 for its 26th year. Championship rib teams compete alongside a lineup of live music, a licensed area, family activities, and local food and craft vendors.
Admission to the park is free, with donations and vendor proceeds supporting Rotary community and charitable projects across St. Catharines and the wider Niagara region.
