For Table Rock and the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, start with Falls Parking (Lot A). For Maid of the Mist, choose US State Park Lot 1; for Cave of the Winds, choose Lot 2 on Goat Island. Compare the lot nearest your first attraction with the cost of any shuttle and the route back to your car. Rapidsview is a seasonal Canadian budget option, while US Lot 3 has its own free-parking periods.
Parking information checked October 3, 2026. Canadian prices are in CAD; US prices are in USD. Rates and operating dates can change. The free-parking schedule for US Lot 3 does not apply to Lots 1 and 2.

Where should you park for your visit?
- Table Rock or Journey Behind the Falls: Falls Parking (Lot A), 6635 Niagara Parkway. Use the parking entrance address rather than the attraction address.
- Queen Victoria Park: compare Queen Victoria Place, 6349 Niagara Parkway, with Lot A for the Table Rock end of your walk.
- Clifton Hill and the SkyWheel: use Clifton Hill’s official entrance map. Its parking is beside the SkyWheel, with an approach from Victoria Avenue described by the operator.
- Maid of the Mist and the US Welcome Center: State Park Lot 1, 333 Prospect Street.
- Cave of the Winds: State Park Lot 2, 15 Goat Island Loop Road. Lot 3 at 50 Goat Island Road is another Goat Island option, particularly for Three Sisters Islands.
- A Canadian park-and-ride day: consider Rapidsview (Lot C), 4555 Upper Rapids Road, when operating. Confirm the shuttle and parking terms for your ticket.

Niagara Falls parking at a glance: the main lots compared
Use these lots as starting points for comparing convenience and cost. Variable pricing means you need the operator’s current rate for your visit. A parking pass is an alternative purchase, not a guaranteed cap on every lot’s charge. On a small screen, scroll the comparison sideways.

Parking on the Canadian side

Falls Parking (Lot A), Floral Showhouse (Lot B) and Queen Victoria Place have variable rates. Check Niagara Parks’ parking chart and the entrance price before committing. For a day with several stops, compare the Daily Parking Pass against paying separately. Check the dates, covered lots and re-entry conditions at purchase; it does not reserve a space.
Rapidsview is listed at CAD $10 for the day and is roughly a 7–8 minute WEGO ride from Table Rock. Eligible Niagara Falls passes bought online include parking there; that benefit is specific to Rapidsview. A separate attraction ticket is not automatically the same package. Check your booking and the current service schedule. Rapidsview closes for winter, so it cannot be your year-round fallback.
Niagara Parks does not allow overnight parking; its annual-pass terms specify no parking between midnight and 6 a.m. For an overnight stay, confirm parking directly with your hotel or a private operator. For short stops away from the Falls, the published chart lists CAD $8/hour at Dufferin Islands, Kingsbridge Park, White Water Walk, Niagara Glen, Queenston Heights and the Botanical Gardens/Butterfly Conservatory. Check the chosen lot rather than assuming every Parkway lot has the same rate.

Clifton Hill parking is convenient for the entertainment district. The operator’s directions and entrance photograph explain how to approach from Victoria Avenue beside the SkyWheel; follow its pedestrian route toward Queen Victoria Park for the Falls. Hotel, casino and private-lot terms differ, so ask about the total charge, overnight permission and re-entry. Our Canadian parking overview also links to city-operated alternatives and practical arrival advice.
Parking on the US side

Choose the lot by the attraction you will visit first. Lot 1 serves the Welcome Center and Maid of the Mist; Lot 2 is the operator’s recommendation for Cave of the Winds; Lot 3 serves Three Sisters Islands. Lot 4 is seasonal near Great Lakes 360 and the Aquarium. The official State Park parking page includes directions and downloadable maps.
Lots 1 and 2: the posted 2026 schedule charges USD $10 Monday–Thursday and $15 Friday–Sunday from May 22 to October 11. From October 12, 2026 to March 31, 2027, it lists USD $10 daily. These lots are not covered by Lot 3’s free autumn and winter period.
Lot 3: the operator lists no fee between September 8 and May 21, plus free Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday parking year-round. Its published summer collection window is May 22–September 7, 2026, Friday–Monday and holidays, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.; posted charges are USD $10 for cars and $20 for RVs. The operator warns that collection can be extended, so check the current notice and signs, especially around holidays.
For same-day re-entry, keep your receipt. The State Park permits re-entry when space is available; a receipt does not hold a space for you. Its trolley and the Discover Niagara shuttle are separate from Canadian WEGO service.
Cheapest and free parking: check the conditions
- Goat Island Lot 3: use the dated and weekday rules above. Do not transfer this exemption to US Lots 1 and 2.
- Rapidsview: compare CAD $10 parking with the parking included in an eligible online Niagara Falls pass. Check seasonal opening and your transport needs.
- Whirlpool Aero Car and Old Fort Erie: Niagara Parks lists free lots at these attractions. They serve different parts of the region, so they are not substitutes for parking beside Table Rock.
- Street and municipal parking: use the City’s lot list and posted restrictions. Include the walking or transit route in your decision; an apparently free space is not useful if your stay exceeds its permitted time.
The park-once strategy: WEGO
WEGO links Canadian visitor areas, with its Green and Blue lines meeting at Table Rock. The official WEGO page lists CAD $16 for an adult 24-hour pass and $20 for 48 hours, including tax. Children aged 3–12 pay $12 or $16 respectively; children two and under ride free. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Orange Line is included with a standard pass when that seasonal service operates; check the schedule before planning the transfer at the Floral Clock.
Keep a parking pass, the Rapidsview shuttle and a full WEGO sightseeing pass separate in your planning. Eligible attraction packages include transport, but paying a parking fee does not by itself establish the validity of a full-network WEGO pass. Read the inclusions on your ticket, choose a return service before leaving the car, and check the latest route map. You can also compare ways to get around Niagara before deciding to drive between attractions.
Accessibility, EV, RVs, winter and when the lots fill
Accessible parking: Niagara Parks’ published policy requires an initial payment even with a valid accessible permit. Display the permit and keep the original receipt to re-park free at another Niagara Parks paid lot the same day. The City of Niagara Falls has different rules: a valid displayed permit allows free municipal-lot parking up to the posted limit, and free city-meter parking up to two hours or the meter’s maximum, whichever is shorter. These concessions do not automatically extend to private lots.
For your route from the car, confirm designated spaces, gradients and step-free access with the operator if those details are essential. WEGO lists ramps, kneeling buses and mobility-device securement; space is limited, so check any specific mobility-device requirements before relying on a transfer.
EV charging: Niagara Parks publishes Level 2 charging locations, including Falls Parking North and South, Queen Victoria Place and Kingsbridge Park. Use its current charging information to plan a stop, and check connector compatibility, charging terms and availability before travelling. A listed charger is not a reserved parking space.
RVs and overnight stays: US Lot 3 accepts limited RV parking and excludes vehicles or trailers over 40 feet; Lots 1, 2 and 4 are cars-only. Lot 3 does not allow overnight parking. Confirm Canadian oversized-vehicle arrangements directly with the intended operator. For hotels and private lots, get explicit overnight permission instead of assuming a daily rate covers the night.
Winter and busy days: check Rapidsview’s seasonal service before departure; Lot A, Lot B and Queen Victoria Place are listed as year-round. US Lots 1 and 2 still have winter charges. Arrive early on busy weekends, allow a backup lot and avoid planning around a guaranteed “full by” time. Weather, events and closures can change both the drive and the walk.
Repeat visitors: the 2026 Niagara Parks annual parking pass is CAD $50 and is available to Ontario residents. It covers up to two vehicles in the same household, excludes rental vehicles, and expires December 31, 2026 regardless of purchase date. Check excluded lots before buying; it is a parking product, not a WEGO ticket.

Plan the rest of your visit
Once you have parked, use our complete guide to things to do in Niagara Falls or two-day itinerary to arrange your stops. Check current Niagara Falls weather and travel conditions before setting out. Select parking on the side of the border you intend to visit; a cheaper lot across the river also means planning a border crossing.
Sources and rate checks: this update used Niagara Parks’ parking information, Niagara Falls State Park’s lot-specific schedule, Clifton Hill’s parking directions, and the linked official transit and municipal policies. Checked October 3, 2026. Confirm the operator’s current price and date range before paying. Prices above are not a live availability feed.
