Redstone takes its name from the iron-rich red clay and stone of its King Street estate, conditions well suited to ripening later reds such as Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah. Part of the winemaking family behind Tawse, the property farms its vineyards organically and produces well-regarded wines across a range of styles.
On site, a tasting room offers flights while a restaurant serves seasonal dishes built around local ingredients with views over the vineyard. The combination of wine and dining makes it a popular destination for a longer visit in the Twenty Valley.
