Dillon's helped kick-start Ontario's craft-spirits movement, distilling small runs of gin, rye whisky, vodka and a well-known line of bitters using ingredients grown across the Niagara bench. At the Tufford Road home base, guests can taste through the current spirits, sip cocktails, and pick up bottles direct from the source.
Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, it pairs naturally with a broader tour of Beamsville's wineries in the town of Lincoln.
