Trius, formerly known as Hillebrand, is a cornerstone of Niagara-on-the-Lake wine tourism, celebrated for its traditional-method sparkling wines and the Bordeaux-style Trius Red that gave the brand its name. Its art-filled tours take guests through one of Canada's largest underground sparkling cellars and out to vineyard vistas over the estate.
The on-site Trius Winery Restaurant has earned Michelin recognition for its wine-country cuisine built around local farmers and producers. Between the tastings, tours and dining, it is one of the most complete visitor experiences in the region.
